Andy told my husband and I exactly what needed to happen to get our mortgage, and when we did exactly what he said, we went through without a problem. His office staff (Penny was working with us) was especially helpful in filing the massive amounts of paperwork required for a VA loan and being available to answer all of my questions (and listen to all of my meltdowns) being a first time home buyer.
