His office staff (Penny was working with us) was especially helpful in filing the massive amounts of paperwork required for a VA loan and being available to answer all of my questions (and listen to all of my meltdowns) being a first time home buyer. I am sorry to write this review so late as I closed on "my house" in December 2017!!! It feels so good to say "my house"!
